yeah when I put vista beta 2 on my main rig a coupla days ago (main drive is failing so I grabbed a back up and just decided Vista, why not), it kept giving me these allow or deny type warnings and I just laughed thinking of one of those mac adds.

OK so I'm going to be using a SATA drive. After going through the freezing process, I should setup the Maxtor as a secondary (slave) and try my dernedest to transfer 110GB of anime over to the new SATA (which is gonna have windows on it), right?

well here's my temporary Vista Background until I get my new hard drive and get XP Home SP2 reinstalled. in case you are wondering "Why only use Vista temporarily?" Well 1. Vista is slower than Christmas and unbelievably frustrating and 2. it's only the Beta 2 not the real deal.

Unless it just popped out I don't see how it can be loose but I might give it another whack. But PowerMax Failed it almost immediately and said the drive was failing and that I need to back up what I can if I can.

Well here I am with Vista Beta 2. I just didn't wanna have to install the exact same copy of Windows twice in 2-3 days so I figured I'd monkey with Vista a little more. I hope the retail version is better cause I can't half navigate cause complexity was added where it shouldn't have been and it's confusing me a little. That's what I just ordered. Western Digital Caviar SE16 SATA 3.0GB 16MB Cache. Flippin' sweet. I've had 3 WD's, 2 Seagates, 1 Samsung (thank you jimras), and one Hitachi. Thanks to to my secondary drive all My Documents is fine, it's just my main drive has more space so I kept most of my anime on it. And I just started doing DVD backups of em too. Only 4 series got backed up and they are just lesser series that aren't as good as the rest. These wheels are Keystone replicas of the 1997 Acura Integra GS-R wheels with blank chrome center caps. It really doesn't surprise me that much that one fell off. I emailed my dealership asking for a quote on 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si center caps. They have the Honda H emblem on them. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! I just put some side skirts on. They suck and they look like crap but they are better than not having any at all. I think they were meant to go with a body kit but I don't think they are even for a 96-00 Hatchback. I think they are meant for a 92-95 cause they are just a hair short. It was a pain to get them on but at lest the color matches. The car looks a little better but since they don't fit correctly you can see things you ain't supposed to. Plus some idiot tried to use double stick tape on them at one point and you can see that. I got 3 screws on each one holdings them

yeah the GUI on my Razr is slower than all get out too. I hate that. At least my crappy old LG was quick in that area but the SIM was slow. My Razr's sim loading is much faster despite the fact it's the exact same SIM card (I moved my card from my old phone to this unlocked Razr)

speakin of LS1's and LT1's, an LT1 Camaro Z28 with a 6-speed manual came through the drive through today. Man I'm glad we are slow. I got to talk to the guy for a while. I was droolin over that car. Also there is someone on TennSpeed.net (my favorite auto forum, for Tennessee and surrounding areas) that has an FC RX-7 (bout an 88 or so) that has an LT1 in it. Oh man it's wicked.

for gaming performance, yes that 3500 actually is a bottle neck. Believe it or not my 3500 is a small bottle neck on my SLI Twin 7600GT's. I plan to upgrade to an Athlon 64 FX sometime in the near future so I can make use of one of those cards.

well I don't think the RX-7 deal is gonna happen. It doesn't run and the guy claims the ole rotary needs a rebuild. Plus it seems some things are gonna have to be put back together on it (simple stuff like the front fenders but the motor I think is partially undone cause they were gonna rebuild it). If there is a simple (cheap) thing to do just to get the thing running again, then I would definitely trade. But for now I think the ole Z6 is sticking with me. I'd hate to burst the dude's bubble but I don't want a non-running vehicle I can't afford to fix. If there is a way to profit off this car
