I agree with you as wordperfect being better than microsoft word...I started using wordperfect when it was dos. if you are talking about the files in the list when you choose open, there should be an option to clear the file list. sorry I can't remember how you get to it.

ok...I'm running dos 7.10 with wfwg 3.11 dos 7.1 supports long file names but I can't seem to get it to work in windows. do I need win32.dll for this to work or do I have to have a permanent swap file? anyone got andwers???
