  14. hi all some thing strange has happened ive just reinstalled xp64bit. but darned if i can get thunderbird to stay open on the sys. ive used TB for some time prior to installing ive installed TB 5 times but when i open the appli it shows on the desk top breifly but then closes and im puzzled as to why this happens so ive uninstalled it several times in passing i seem to be getting an error message once it is on which i need to send to the mozzila website but then it closes the appli any ideas is there any other email client that filters spam like TB chappy says eudora does the same thi
