what adapter a usb or a ethernet card if you bought anew adapter shouldnt you have an install cd what does it mean a corrupt adapter how can it be corrupt if it is new it must be the software you are using have you got rid of the virus did you reinstall or did you use sys restore if you restored than the virus is still there if you get any virus you must turn restore off then scan and then turn restore on i suggest you go to safe mode and rescan for virus to make sure it is gone marty

shanenin yes i have hi speed for my compt but it belongs to a friend who had small resources and is on phone line iwas going to try ubuntu but it is to big for the sys and lycoris is just small enough in the past linux has been a hell of a sys to get working on dial up but this went smooth apart from the first connection i would never go back to dial up but my friend has parkinsons complaint and it dosent matter what connection he has he has all the time in the world i would try lycoris if i were some of you it is a nice little package one thing tho if you get it make sure you get

hi. all the registry isnt something ime an expert on i went there to night to look for a appli and the path i looked for was by accident lead me to domains well you should have seen the domains on my sys casinos search bars porn sites you name it i had it now things like porn sites are a nono for me so my q how the hell did they get there casinos ive never ever been into a casino site there must have been dozens of domains as i said i havent had much to do with the bloody thing and to delete those domains would have taken a coupla of days so i deleted the domain folder and weighed up the

hitest recenlty i installed lycoris on a very small drive and not much resources it has gone on great and is working well sure it is a bit tight it belongs to a friend who has parkinsons desease it isnt an ideal sys for thw experience user but it works and ime on line with dail up every now and then it loses the connection and ime not sure why may be i have some thing checked im actually posting this to BT from lycoris can you tell me is the text f4om your angle, small marty
