any time I have done a change of trans fluid I have found a bunch of grey sludge on the magnet in the pan. Make sure that you clean all of this out, it is all the metal filings that have been worn off. Even if you use the pump to remove the fluids you should still drop the pan and clean or replace the filter.

the new paint job will be black, want to keep it close to original. Rims are gonna have to stay till next summer, when I can afford replace them.

drives great, handles well on dry pavement but twitches slightly on wet. Only car I have driven that handled better was a 1975 Lotus Europa, there wasn't anything to touch it for handling back then. I carsat it for 9 months while a friend was out of the country
