Aluvus
Sennheiser PX100. I bought a pair about 2 years ago and am very happy with them. They're low enough impedance that portable players are happy driving them. They fold to be more compact, though they still take up more space than earbud-style 'phones. Sir_Siddy
They dont have to be earbuds. I just dont want those Huge ones with like an inch on lining to be extra comfortable.
Honda_Boy
I have some kickin Altec Lansings that i have had for about 1 1/2 - 2 years. They have made new versions and higher end versions since mine though but they still have the same basic design. Here's a link to them I'd get the AHP 512i's or the 712i. Iffin' ya need a headset I'd go with the AHS 502i's (i have the older version called just the AHS 502) or the 602i'snewegg sells a bunch of them. Besttechie
Hey, I don't know if these are in your price range, but they are by far the best headphones I've ever bought (at least for portable headphones)http://www.koss.com/koss/kossweb.nsf/p?ope...&pc^pt^PORTAPROHighly recommend them. CommonRider
The Sony MDR-EX71SL/WK are sweet headphones. You can get them for about 30+. If you really want top of the line sound save some extra money and get the Etymotic ER6 isolators. They suck for bass heavy music, but if you like listening to the way music is supposed to sound, you cant beat those.
Matt
I've got the KOSS Pro3AA and I think they're great. Pretty good Frequency Response, and outside noise is just about 0. The cord is nice and long, and has a single point entry cable that fits into a portable device or a stereo device. I'd reccomend them!
Sir_Siddy
That one looks good but is just out of my price range.

They have pretty good response, and I use these on my Surround Sound and they do well - I also use them on my CD Player - they do a good job - I recommend these Brian
