  1. Hey all,

Im trying to help my mom out because she does a lot of mail sending and she doesnt like her handwritting. I tried to print directly on a regular envelope but the printer would just send it right out without any actual print on it. Is there a way to actually do this using MS Word? By the way I have a regular HP printer so i cannot print near the border so I dont know where I would have to put the margins.

  2. I just bought an ipod 30 gig video and I need something besides itunes so I could sync it. Itunes lags my computer and i just dont like how it works. does anyone have any recomendations? price is not an issue.

List your iTunes issues. Maybe I can help.

It is by far the best software for the iPod.

    Joe

Well, when its adding new songs, its painfully slow as opposed to media monkey which I use. When itunes is open, all my other applications such a firefox, aol instant messenger slow to a crawl. When I drag the itunes window it also lags. When I alternate, say if I want to view my music files it takes a while to load all the songs, even though they have been added already. just stuff like that cause my system to slow down. Im using a Celeron 2.4GHZ, 640MB of memory and an nvidia FX5200 video card. And all systems processes that are not needed are not running.

  3. Thats ok I can wait. I was thinking of having the background as a glossy red or orange. Im not sure if you can do this but here are some pics i got off the web that maybe you can implement into the sig. if u cant just go with whatever you like. The words "DarkStreetRacerX" somewhere on the upper sig would be nice, maybe colored in with blue and outlined with some white. Also it would be nice if you could put "Marin Gomez" underneath "DarkStreetRacerX" in black. Just do whatever u can, and thanks in the first place for doing this!

  4. Hey all,

I recently installed a harddrive but i am not sure if that is what is causing this. anyways, i cannot launch any applications, when i attempt to open any application i get an "open with" box and i have to browse the computer for the original .exe. Also, when i attempt to open the add/remove application i get the error, "C:/WINDOWS/system32/rundll32.exe, Application not found. same error occur when i right click on my computers properties, or when i try to open mike lins startup control panel. just about everything gives me an error. i need some serious help here because this is my main computer.

*Im running home edition with SP2

  5. I dont think i will be overclocking since i dont think that its worth the risk. the only reason why i brought it up was because i thought there was something wrong with the dvd burner since it wouldnt burn at 16X. and i had no idea that computer specs can determine how well a drive can perform. but thank you for all your help fellow besttechie!

  6. I couldnt really find what you were talking about so heres the report log from everest.

What i dont understand is why i dont see no warning message or something of that nature on the product saying that burning at 16X is dependable on the computer specs?
