I could be wrong but I was thinking Ad-Aware will delete those after a scan if you choose to do it.......
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Il, I just downloaded and ran this program. Looks like Ad-aware could learn something from it. Ad-aware at times gets 21 items(MRU) and this program on the first scan found 337 items on my system. Looks good to me.

I have a Logitech Media Center mouse and it has extra buttons to turn the volume up on window media player is there another program to do the same thing as the Logitech media center program?
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
There are plenty of Keyboard programs that do the same thing. Try going to Tucows.com or Download.com and do a search for keyboard volume control.

I have 3 columns in my programs folder but when I open it up, I can only see about half of the last one. The columns are far wider then they should be.
Any help would be appreciated.
thank you

What resolution are you using? Try 1024 X 768 Right click on the desktop and then properties then settings and change it to 1024x768.
Or try right clicking on the task bar, properties, start menu and then customize and then choose small icons.
The thing I do is create folders like Internet,Printer Utilities, Games, Utilities and then move all the programs listed into their correct folders. Right clicking on the Start button allows you to Explore the Programs and then create new folders as well. Explore All users and Explore by itself and Open all users will clean them all out. Drag and drop to their folders you want them in.

So, I just started to read up about Podcasting and I guess you can now podcast Kevin Rose's and Alex Albrechts show called diggnation. how would I got about doing that? I have iTunes but I dont know where to get started. Podcasting is free, but when I try to sign up in the iTunes Music Store I need to give credit card info and what not.
Any Ideas?

I really like it that way. The forum that is! Everything else is all sticky and messy.

I am pretty sure you will need the PC100 as I have found HP's older systems do not allow the backwards compatibility. At least my sisters wouldn't allow it either. As for the 512MB, the PC might only allow for 512MB total. You need to goto HP.com/support to find out. Also some PC133 isn't backwards compatible.

There are some really good PCI cards out on the market. Even some that are overclocked. 256MB DDR on them as well.

Sure check out PriceWatch.com for low prices.

Going back to watch the mayhem. I will bet that the messages on here is picking up a lot. I wont be posting on G4 again.

Did you have a box pop up on your screen while on-line? There is a virus going around that attacks mostly Windows 2000 machines. Are you running that? HAve you tried running your anti virus program and update it?

Thanks Chappy, I will be here untill it closes, just like Tech TV and now G4 which closed Tech TV. I still use my old Avatar.

Hi
G4TV has CUT the Tech forum from the boards effective tomorrow!!
Major changes are taking effect over there, so I'm gone...no more board to mod for me so there's no reason to ever go there again.
I've invited others there to join us, but I hope some of the A-HOLES decide not to
Anyway, we may soon see a major pickup in the Windows support section (fingers crossed)
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Just read about the board going down and I just started visiting it again. Hmm, glad I saw the Ad for besttechie on there.

Looks like your phone lines might have been upgraded. I always get a connection speed of 49.2 and my daughter gets 50.9 using a different modem but the same phone line. I use a US Robotics external modem.
