after the chicken was done, I removed it from the sauce then reduced the sauce in a pan till it thickened and sweetened a bit. It turned out pretty good.

well I just started a batch of the chicken. I just used regular orange juice. I may try doing it uncovered towards the end to try and thicken it a bit,

I'm going to make orange chicken tonight for dinner.

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ginger powder

2 tsp honey

2 cups of pure orange juice (squeezed)

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Put 16-18 chicken thighs in a greased pan.

Combine garlic, ginger, and honey with orange juice. Pour orange juice over skinned chicken thighs. Cover chicken with foil and bake at 350 for 90 minutes. Delicious.

That sounds good. I am going to try it :-) Already juicy thighs with that sauce sounds great. 90 minutes seems really long. I wonder if that much time is necessary

we got our first checked in client today(less then a $100 in labor). it only cost us about $525(air time) not counting production costs of about $600(sarcasm). It takes time to build brand awareness. I suspect we wont see much return until a few months hitting it hard. I am actually really excited!

Can you use any of the shelf hard drive in a mac or does it need special firmware? My employee seems to think you need a special drive for a mac, I can't find any info that backs up his claim.

We are just about finished with two commercials for our business. I am really excited to start broadcasting them.

This business has come a long way. I remember when I placed my first small yellow pages ad about 5 years ago(worked out of my home). when the phone would ring i used to get a pit in my stomach; I did not know how to answer most questions. About all I knew was how to reload a system and put together a basic pc. Today with over 8000 hours of professional service, I feel me and my team can compete with the best.

you should have no problem with the quicken files so long as you copy them before formatting.

lol, it would not surprise me if it has to be set in the bios, I am sure that is still common. in my experience, most new boards seem to auto detect and disable the onboard.

Most likely, you wont have to do anything. as soon as you install the card, it will automatically disable the onboard video.

if you get real adventurous, you could throw in a fast dual core proc for about $60

As to your site. I like how your have a page for each or the service categories. That is the way I would like to do our next site.

I was reading about your incremental backup service. I am guessing you use a program like acronis. Do they have to come to you? Do you sell that service often?

Thanks again to Dragon for designing my original website(the design was good but my content was lacking). I am very embarrassed to say I have not updated it in 5 years. Over that time, my procrastination has probably costs me thousands of dollars of lost business. I have all the basic content updated, which should get people more people to contact us. It has tons of room for improvement.
