TheTerrorist_75
Clean the keyboard with compressed air for electronics. If that doesn't help you may need to remove the keyboard and check the connection or replace the keyboard. If you have never done this you will probably need to bring it to a local technition or send it to Sony. Is it under warranty?
Pete_C
And if it turns out to be a bad keyboard and not under warranty and you get the shock of your life when you find out how expensive it is, just get a fifteen dollar silicone USB keyboard.http://shop1.frys.com/product/5838303?site...CH:MAIN_RSLT_PGhttp://www.inland-products.com/singleprodu...p;partnum=70140Features:• Withstands abuse• Rugged silicone material• Can be washed with soap and water• Roll up and take anywhereConnectivity:• USB compatiblehttp://store.compubargain.com/airto10usfok.html
blim
Oh, that is AWESOME, Pete! This just plugs into the laptop and works like a regular keyboard, right? Do you know if they just "plug and play" so its non-Geeky? Methinks I have a terrific Christmas present for Laptop-owning Daughters Thanks!Liz
johnpol78
clean the keyboard keys from the air and remove the dust.than try to use it.if not worked than replace the keyboard if your keyboard is in under warranty.if you buy a new keyboard take the usb keyboard . so that you can attach the keyboard at any time .new keyboards are not costly.is this your wireless keyboard.if this is your wireless keyboard , remove the battery from the keyboard and put the new battery in the keyboard. shanenin
I would look on ebay. You can get new dell keyboards in the $20 range. Some rare keyboards, if you can even find them can go for as much as a $100 plus. It is worth checking.
johnpol78
may be this keyboard is not faulty.it is not connected to the computer. or the keyboard connector should be loose so try to check plug in and plug out the keyboard in the computer.after that check the keyboard drivers . missing the keyboard drivers , also creates a problem.
