Ok here is how this works....I wish for something....and then you grant it but...put a stipulation on it and then list your wish. For example: I would post: I wish my husband would clean out the garage. You reply: Wish granted, but.... your husband just moved everything out of the garage, and into your living room. then you write "I wish that I could move into the country" The next person could write.... I hate MGE. Their front USB connections broke!!!!! The case is sweet, but the fact I lost my USB connections ticks me off. The whole daggone piece inside came out when I unplugged one of my USB devices, I had to frickin use tweezers to get it out - it was all bent up. Ok I'm done ranting. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ya know what........SAME DANG THING HAPPENED TO ME.... but other than that the case my pretty bitchin. Good thing my mobo came with a backup rear USB panel just incase your case doesn't have front USB or if you bought an MGE <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That is so wierd it happen

Geez....I'm opening myself up to get bashed by this.... I posted this topic on the former G4 Tech Support Forum, but that is no more...so here goes. Got a friend of mine runningWindows ME (blach) on a Gateway Performance 800 pc. Her husband uses the "My Briefcase" folder...he clicks on it and nothing happens, all other icons work properly. Any ideas on what they can try to open it? They can right click on it and get the properties menu. She doesn't think it's zipped or compressed, but doesn't know how to tell.

I am booting with just the 512 stick. I took the 64 out. I don't know if this mobo can handle 512 mb? I thought I read someone that the system came standard with 256... So it confused me when I pulled out the 64 stick. I didn't know if anyone knew what the 3 beeps meant?

Hey guys! Thanks for giving me the link to come over here. I was wondering where everyone went on the G4 forums. Hey got a memory question. My friend's mom gave me her HP XE743 Pavilion for a memory upgrade. Before she gave me her computer, I looked up what memory she needed and read this computer used 256 mb memory (pc 133). So I bought her Pc133 512 MB stick and went to put it in and saw she had a PC 100 64 mb stick of memory! I put in the 512 thinking I already knew it wouldn't work and turned the computer on and got a series of 3 beeps from it. Am I way off here?
