  1. Well, I just got it, and I'm fine with it pretty much, I just have to switch out the games every once in a while. I may get one later, but that would be a really long time from now. -Joe
  2. Could I guess if I do get one, I'll get the Mac Support guys to walk me through it, if they're up to it. -Joe
  3. Is there a way to enlarge the memory in my TI-83Plus graphing calculator? I play games on it, and I run out of room a lot. Thanks in advance! -Joe
  4. Oops, I just noticed, this is PC Support. I'm sorry, I meant to put it in Mac Support. Please move this, Admins. -Joe
  5. Haha, yes. I found an offer on free computers on a place called Freecycle. I might do something like that to practice, and see if I can do it if I get bored with it or something. They may be too outdated by now, though, one being 17 years old and the other from 1998. -Joe
  6. First of all, you need to know what Freecycle is. If you don't, it's a "nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own town". You basically put up and Offer and Wanted ad, and someone responds with the item you asked for, or asking to take the item you offered. Well, one came offering: Vintage Macintosh computers The iMac is a 1998 PowerPC G3 - 233 MHz - 32 MB RAM, 4 GB HD, 512 cache. The regular desktop is a Macintosh Quadra 610, maybe about 17 years old. We also have some CRT monitors. I'm thinking of getting one of them. It doesn't matter which one,
  7. Haha, exactly. I guess it would be better to break a computer that isn't our main one, eh? -Joe
  8. Actually, my Mom doesn't want me to do it. She thinks I'll break it and all the data will get lost, etc. I was just asking to see if I was right or her. Thanks for the info! -Joe
  9. Is it possible to switch my Mom's Celeron to a Pentium? If so, is it easy enough for a person that doesn't know a lot about the hardware of computers to do it for the first time and basically not completely kill the computer? Thanks in advance. -Joe
  10. Happy Thanksgiving! I'm gonna help my mom with cooking the turkey and other stuff! We have 2 ovens/stoves this year since we opened up the apartment on the second floor, so it should be easier! Drive safely if you have to drive! -Joe
  11. In school, (Westminster Senior High School) we are doing a play called "Play On!". It's about a play, and the people in it, and pretty much everything that can go wrong does, and how they try to pull it off. I'm only stage crew, but its really fun! The people are all nice and cool, and the guys even have a special tradition, of which I can't tell you, that we do in the dressing room before opening night. Its a really weird tradition. Opening night was last night. It was great. The actors accidentally skipped a few pages, (not sure if all at once, or one page a few times) and our sound guy was

  13. Got this in an email from my friend, Ian. I think it's hilarious, but it took me a bit to understand................... A burglar broke into a house one night. He shined his flashlight around, looking for valuables; and when he picked up a CD player to place in his sack, a strange, disembodied voice echoed from the dark saying, "Jesus is watching you." He nearly jumped out of his skin, clicked his flashlight off, and froze. When he heard nothing more after a bit, he shook his head, promised himself a vacation after the next big score, then clicked the light on and began searching for more valu

Then i bought a Halo 2 black "elite" that came, the left leg had broken in either packaging or shipping (it was new in box). Emailed the guy, got our money back. 20. Ok, well, I play Call of Duty 2 online, and a couple friends and I made a clan. I was appointed as mapper/modder, so we can have a nice mod/maps for our soon to come server. Well, I decided to create some maps, since I didn't know how long it would take, and didn't want to be rushing to make some right when the server is up. I came into some troubles: Ok, this is the Readme, just showing you what it is I'm supposed to do. *In case you can't read it, the highlight says: On running CoD2 radiant for the first time, you will need to load the included cod2.prj project file located in \bin.* This i
