  3. Yes there are probably thousands of death worldwide due to DiHydrogen Oxide poisoning. We need legislation to protect people from this caustic, hazardous chemical which has been known to be deadly in doses as small as one tablespoon. Notify your legislator immediately that they should make DiHydrogen Oxide a restricted controlled chemical. That's a good idea. We also need to notify our legislators and ask them to protect us from caustic hazardous legislators.
  4. I just deleted all my partitions, did a full format, and installed XP from my OEM Dell CD. Not that I'm complaining, but I thought it was unusual that it NEVER asked for my XP key. I know that I don't have any hidden partitions. I installed all the SP2 critical updates. I just manually checked Windows activation using the command prompt "oobe/msoobe /a" and it said t was already activated. That's never happened before. Could that be due to the fact that I installed Windows Genuine pain in the A($$)dvantage tool? Still, I always used to get hit with a key request when I first started the insta
  5. Well, I decided to delete all the partitions, including Linux, format, and start over. So far: Instaled XP Installed the SP2 CD that M$ sent out about four years ago. Installed drivers. Just got online with Windows Updates. Now I'm downloading and installing the NINETY ONE critical updates still missing. If I get that done before I'm dead, the next step is AVG installation.
  6. OK. The time has come to wipe my XP partition and reinstall. I picked up the Worm_Bagle.KO and I can't get rid of it. It's a virulent little ba$tard. I looked into removal tools, but they all seem as equally as taxing as just a clean installation and it's been probably 3 years since I last did it. I have two XP partitons. C contains Windows and Programs along with drivers etc. E contains all my data. I have a feeling the worm crossed over to E, so I'm formatting that also. Now I know to back up all the data, drivers, favorites, contacts. Did I forget anything? Thanks, Joe Oh, I forgot to menti

  8. In Cold Blood. (the Clutter family were the murdered victims)
  9. Sad, but true. Except I'll never eat dinner a 4PM. Breakfast maybe.
  10. 1 oz.Tequilla 1 oz. Rum 1 oz. Peppermint Shnapps 6 oz. orange juice 1 sprig of mint I haven't had it, just thought it up, but it sounds like a good concoction. Onward........ Drink six of the above and you'll no doubt end up with a "Concussion"
  11. I'll check out your site. Do me a favor though, use spellcheck when you post. Correct spelling and grammar means a lot to potential viewers. Just my opinion. Joe
  12. Don't you just love the ease of "customer service"? A similar thing happened to me recently. I did get through to the idiots (not a fertilizer company....although they too sold $hit) They suggested in an email reply that I call their 800 #. I called, got the usual runaround with the "press one if you want to hear this message in Portuguese etc.".......and immediately hung up. They probably gleaned my caller ID info......now I'll be getting sales calls all day from them.
  13. Thank you all for the birthday wishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really appreciate them. We stayed home and had a little party. (just the two of us ....and of course the dog and cat .........) I had a nice day. My S.O. gave me some nice gifts, and as a gift to myself, I made lasagna for dinner. Here are some pics from the "party". Joe's Birthday party.....The "A" list guests Joe
