I see that you are using an outdated version of HijackThis, so the first thing we need to tackle is to get you updated to the newest version of HijackThis. Please download the current version of HijackThis from here. Please be sure to save it to a permanent directory, such as C:\HJT. Delete the old version of HijackThis afterwards. Please post a new HJT log with the version you just downloaded.

Reset and Re-enable your System Restore to remove infected files that have been backed up by Windows. The files in System Restore are protected to prevent any programs from changing those files. To me it sounds just like something left over in System Restore. Lets try a Vista supported scan then. Please go HERE to run Panda's TotalScan Select the bubble for Full scan It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes) Then the scan will begin When the scan completes, click the Save button on the right of Scan details Save it to a convenient location. Yes that is a vundo variant. Lets run another scan to see if we can find anything else hiding. Step 1 Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it. Click the Scan for Vundo button. Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo. Hey Jared, Step 1 Please download DAFT and save it to your desktop: Double-click the daft.exe icon. Read the disclaimer and click OK. Click on the Scan button. In my honest opinion, its a complete rip off! I own a 30GB iPod Video, and I do love it. But besides that, I hate Apple. Come on though, 16GB for 400 dollars?!?!?! You have to be kidding me? I could have bought a 60GB iPod Video for cheaper than that. If I had paid that, I would have no room at all for my music. Thats no space at all. Another reason why I hate Apple. Thats just my 2 cents
