And what REALLY PISSES ME OFF is when they do this crap in the middle of the day or during rush hour while they stand around doing jack* but they still stop traffic. Do the friggen work in the middle of the night and actually make people work and the dang job will be done in days not months. I swear - I come from Illinois (some of the worst construction in America) where roads have been in progress of construction since I moved from there (11 years ago) to North Carolina where we have the most poorly designed road systems Quote Link to post Share on other sites
