If you right click them what options do you have. Does it give a program name? Besttechie Posted November 23, 2004 Report Share Posted November 23, 2004 Hi,To take a screen shot. You have to hit the printscreen button on the top right hand side of your keyboard. Then open paint or any program like it, but paint should be fine. Then paste in the screen shot. You can probably do that by hitting Ctrl + V. Then save it and you can upload the screen shot to where you host your sig image. Then post a link to it and we will look at it. Hope that makes sense. STAY SAFE Don't know about the HJT log....but as far the processes running in your system tray...I have a free version of Pest Patrol and if I run it, it will leave it in the system folder when it is complete...When you are done and close it down, it will ask you if you want to disable resident protection....As far as MSN, if you don't want it loaded at startup, there should be an option under properties or something like that to uncheck launch at startup...I you do use it while on-line and then want it to go away after chatting, there should be an exit option...good luck!!
