Blue Screen - Not Sure What To Do - Hijack Log[INACTIVE]

Recommended Posts

I was having trouble a few weeks ago and tryed cleaning the pc a bit and that seemed to help but the prblem is back. I cant even seem to get thru a full ewido scan before it shuts me down. This last one said win32k.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGE. Not sure - said something different the second time so I dont know what info to give :( Sorry. On start up scan it showed some stuff in there but i dont recall everyhting it listed.

Hijack file just ran - Thanks so much for any help - I'm freakin out on my pc. Also MSN crap is hard to get rid of and i cant seem to get it all out - messenger thru them is terrible and seems ot always wanna reset itself to log on when i turn my pc on ... I've deleted most of what i can find but still seems to be more there somewhere.

Hey brilliant Techie dudes - thanks so much for the speedy reply <_<

Waited near a week to get something - at least a "I dont know" which would have led me searching further alot sooner.

So since this seemed to baffle yall I figured I'd take the time to share what the problem was in case someone else may need it.

It was bad RAM - blue screen would pop up and do a memory dump - sometimes saying Memory_managment and so on.... always refering to memory.

So for yall who may encounter a problem like this where you see memory somewhere in the explaination from your pc - dont waste you time to post here ....

My biggest concern was that it was a virus somehow affecting my memory or the way my pc was using it but scan after scan comes back clean. Since I changed my memory out everything is back to normal;)

Techie people out there - AT LEAST say "I dont know!" rather then leave us hanging in here checking daily to see if we have gotten a reply - sheesh.

Thanks for ..... well the space it took to write i guess.

Hello Tabbydaze.

Sorry it took so long for you to get a reply--not sure what heppened. I looked over your log, and it is clean. I do not think the issue you are experiencing is malware related. If you are still having issues, I would suggest you post your problem in the PC Support Area of the forums. Hopefully someone will be able to assist you better there.

Matt

Hey Tabbydaze,

I'm sorry about the wait, it happens. Sometimes we miss things, we're only human. We don't intentionally ignore any thread on this forum, the forum is growing everyday and unfortunately it can lead to some threads being missed. Once again, I'm sorry about the wait. As Matt said above if you're still having any issues or you run into any future problems feel free to post them. B)
