Sir_Siddy
Itunes turned a bunch of my music into .m4a files which my MP3 player cannot play. It takes a really long time to find each invidiual file and tell itunes to turn it back to mp3. Anybody know of a program which can find them for me. I tried windows search but it didnt work. Matt
Download FileFind from Atribune. In the box labeled "Directory"Enter Drive eg.. C:\In the box labeled "File"Enter *.m4a click findOnce it finishes searching, you can export the list it finds into a notepad file. That will genereate a list of all your m4a files. the notepad will be stored in C:\Export.txt..much faster than windows search
shanenin
windows search should work. I have used it to search for "jpg" files before. Have it search for all files and folders, with "m4a" as the search string
