TheTerrorist_75 Posted February 17, 2006 Report Share Posted February 17, 2006 Check your Bios for Floppy Drive Seek. Is it disabled or enabled? Disable it. Also remove it in Boot Devices. I just allow HHD0 and CD-Rom as boot devices. The other boot device options are disabled. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Then click the Hardware tab and then Device Manager and does it show a yellow ? or ! beside the floppy disc? You might have to click on the + beside it to expand it.
