May have to reinstall Norton and then try deleting it again. You can go to Norton's and find out how to delete their products. They have a sequence to do such. I just deleted 2003 System Works from a friends PC and there is nothing left. I even checked in the registry and nada, zero, nothing, zilch...

Delete your other post as it is the same as this one...

Are you sure you have the correct spelling? I can't find anything with that name.

Hi Marty:

I don't know which Norton you have 2003, 2004, or 2005. Anyway here is a document from Symantec on uninstalling their products depending on what year he has. Make sure he uses the correct one. Do not use 2003 for 2004 or 2005 version. Scroll down and read for 2004 and 2005. Good luck and hope this helps.

Symantec

Barb
