baker7
I have downloaded the MS Anti-Spyware From Microsoft and recommend it for everyone's machines. Download and keep this thing updated - I let mine scan on both Defiant and Emmanuel at 2AM and it has been a good thing. To date, it has taken care of some of the baddies, including CoolWWWSearch.WCADW and Windows.ActiveDesktop. on Emmanuel. What I had to do with these infections is to run Antispyware, have it determine that there was a problem, then reboot to safe mode with Internet, run updates for Spybot S+D 1.4, and let it scan and delete any baddies. I deleted CoolWWWSearch.WCADW using Antispyware, then ran S+D - Clean I would have posted this in a HJT response, but I am NOT AUTHORIZED to do this, so I post it here for all to see Take Care Brian
