Now I know absolutely nothing about these things so if I don't have enough info please forgive me. She is running windows 98. She said she believes it is hook up correctly the lights are working, but she get a message that it is not being recognized. What does she need to do? Thank you for your time. My neighbor found a 800# on the bottom and called tech support.It was a configuration problem .... they told her what goes where and now it is up and running. Thank you for your time.
