Sql Error: When Using Opera To Get Here

Every once in awhile I will get the following error when trying to access this site with Opera 8.51. Any Opera users have an idea why?

SQL error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

I use IE (yeah, I know, I know...) BUT today I got an error when trying to get here earlier--it was something about "too many connections, the data base isn't available, a kernel and an IPB thing, blah, blah, blah" Never got that before, but I think Robroy mentioned it a while ago.

Glad to know this error wasn't just on my end

The gerbils weren't fed here today so you may have had that error earlier. Santa brought a bag of feed so the wheels are turning again.

It was starnge because I couldn't access here with Opera but could with IE.

weird...maybe..lol..

when using opera..the mySQL server was down..then it came up again before you used IE.

I got an sql error here today too. Last time this happened, Jeff's host was tampering with the servers and what not. That may have been what happened again today.
