SN3AK Posted October 11, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 11, 2005 I don't know about system restore, but safe mode does the same thing but the background is black with the "safe mode" in the corners, can't right click background, no taskbar. I've tried ending explorer.exe and running it again but that didn't work. By the way My Documents pops up everytime we reload explorer.exe. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I don't know the command mode (if XP has that option) restore string (to restore a previous Registry save), hope someone else knows what that is (again, if that's an option at all in XP).
