But it has two hdd's. one is l for left and the other r for right. One is C and the other is D (which I think is the recovery disk). Which drive do I remove to install ssd?? Thx. Besttechie Posted September 22, 2013 Report Share Posted September 22, 2013 Hey, Well, if you plan on using the SSD to house your operating system and apps, etc then you're going to want to remove the C (at least that does seem logical as you seem to think as well) and replace it with the SSD.
