What's the best malware protection for my computer?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what's the best software/hardware for keeping me safe online? I read about malware all the time and I just want to make sure I'm protected. I run Windows 7.

Also, I've heard a lot of good things about Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, is it as good as people say?
