lefty1953
Anyone know how to set up Windows to allow for hibernation? In my opinion Hibernation causes problems. Just ask the guy that lost his Notepad files. Depends on which windows you have but it is under the Power Options features. Windows 7/Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Power Options. Change when the Computer Sleeps/Change Advanced Power Savings/Double Click on Sleep/ Click on Allow Hybrid Sleep and make sure it is set to on/Click on Hibernate After and set time. Save Changes and your done.I never use it. The cost is so minimal it just isn't worth it. Edited November 27, 2010 by lefty1953
