macmarauder
i recently put in to be a mod here for the mac sections. i don't think i'll get it since there just isn't enough mac people here. that's ok. but it got me wandering. i seen alot of people over the years become and stop posting as much especially in the section that they mod. i know alot that still post some and they still read all the posts to do their jobs. is there some rule about posting in these sections or is it just me? or maybe most mods get really busy with the extra work and just don't have the time to post like they used to? remember i'm still amazed that people can lurk on boards so much and i'm the buthead member that thinks that members on boards can have just as much of an effect and help keep the boards safe. hitest
Hi macmarauder,I don't think there's any rule about posting in your own section once you become a mod. I love this forum and post in Open Chat, and the Linux forums. My job as a mod in the Linux sections is very easy as people who post in the Unix sections are mature individuals. I haven't had to step in very much to deal with improper posts. This forum is a happy place to post, it's my favorite digital place to be.
