Secunia has found a vulnerability in Firefox in 1.0.1 & 1.0.2

They advise you to Disable JavaScript

There is also a test to see if your vulnerable.

I had to go back to 1.0 because the two newer versions kept locking up on me, I had thought it was an issue between firefox and icechatbecause it only happened when I had icechat running

Heh. This bug was discovered and partially patched in 1997. History would seem to indicate that "moderately critical" is a slight overstatement

Hey LJM...

i really just appreciate all the info you (and everybody here shares)...i use Moz and IMHO they really are are quick to respond to the lil' holes that are found in their browser. i can't find the story now but i see they are/were (saw the story a couple days ago) offering rewards to "crackers" for the exposing flaws...
