Dan Posted January 9, 2005 Report Share Posted January 9, 2005 Hello Tictoc5150,.You just need to fix a few things from the log.Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and end the following processes:msyrenv.exemsuscfg.exeOpen HijackThis, and check the following entrys:R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = These are random, and should be deleted:O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [r3sk37W] msyrenv.exeO4 - HKCU\..\Run: [a03qRXapi] msuscfg.exeClose all windows except HijackThis, and press the "Fix Checked" button.Reboot into safe mode by pressing F8 at startup and selecting "Safe Mode" from the menu.In safe mode, delete the following files:C:\WINDOWS\system32\msyrenv.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\msuscfg.exeReboot, and post a new log.dk Link to post Share on other sites
