intocomputing2
...all sorts of smilies for forums? I have seen that sometimes posters of a forum place a smilie that is not available in such forum. Is it a program or something you download? and also is it true what I heard that you get spyware and malware when you download these smilies?
TheTerrorist_75
Some smilies that you download can be infected with crap such as MyWebSearch. The following checked out safe with SiteAdvisor.http://www.thesmilies.com/http://www.nicesmilies.com/ (1 popup and overture.com third party cookie)http://www.mysmiley.net/http://www.smileys4me.com/These are from the first five pages from a Google search. SiteAdvisor had never tested many of the sites I haven't listed and has shown a few to contain serious malware issues. It is best to always check the URLs in SiteAdvisor before clicking on links that are shown on a search. Some of the sites I tested claimed they were malware free which was false.
