mikex
I am wanting to make a bootable image of a machine. I will have the software I need installed on the machine and all up dates. The problem is that it will be too large for a cd, and I don't have a dvd-r on this machine. Does any one use an imaging program that will split the file or a burning program to do the same. I would like it to ask for cd 2 when the first is finished. I want my own oem cd so to speak for this machine.Taking the time to install and update once will save me time in the future.Mike
shaggysi
Hey there Mike,I'm pretty sure that Norton Ghost will do that job for you. I had a rather large image of one of my machines that spanned multiple DVDs, and that program enabled me to do that.Hope this helps,RegardsSimon.
