Swear'n Karen Posted August 16, 2007 Report Share Posted August 16, 2007 When I open my MS Word program three error messages pop up before the program opens: First msg: "Norton has encountered an internal program error (3038, 103)", Second msg: "An error occured trying to launch remove hidden data tool - try reinstalling", and Third msg: Same as First message re Norton error.Help...
