Pc Help Instruction Problem

What operating system? Are you fully updated? What are you dong when this occurs? Have you installed any new programs just before this started occurring? This is usually caused by something other than bad memory. More information will be needed to track it down.

Stop codes are funny, they can be so vague. I back up JSKY's advice, check the ram. If you only have one stick try and run memstest86 on it. I say this because checking the memory is the easiest thing to do. I have came across lots of machines with bad memory, so I am having my doubts about memory lately.
