JSKY
Looks like a stick of ram is going bad. If you have more then one stick. Try Removing one and then try the other to see if that clears the problem.
TheTerrorist_75
What operating system? Are you fully updated? What are you dong when this occurs? Have you installed any new programs just before this started occurring? This is usually caused by something other than bad memory. More information will be needed to track it down. Pete_C
What is the rest of the stop error? It sounds like a problem with a device driver or virtual machine (antivirus component)http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.php
shanenin
Stop codes are funny, they can be so vague. I back up JSKY's advice, check the ram. If you only have one stick try and run memstest86 on it. I say this because checking the memory is the easiest thing to do. I have came across lots of machines with bad memory, so I am having my doubts about memory lately.
jcl
That doesn't sound like a STOP. The format of the message matches the dialog box you get when a process dies with a segfault and both addresses are in userspace.
TheTerrorist_75
If you have 2K or XP boot with your CD to the Recovery Console and run chkdsk /r.
