bryanernest Posted November 28, 2004 Report Share Posted November 28, 2004 I am interested in getting rid of my VHS recorder and buying a DVD recorder to take its place. I remember getting bitten when I bought a Beta Tape recorder instead of a VHS. That was in the days when a VCR cost over a $1,000. Now we have a couple of different formats in DVD recorders with the + and - and also Ram. I have googled this subject but am no better off.
