Those are the newer versions of the P4 2.4s.

Yep, do what Lefty said.

Slide the card into the slot, remembering to remove the metal shield from the back of the computer case. Make sure its seated and screw it in where it touches the case.

Boot up and the windows manager will come up. Cancel it and put in the drivers CD or download them from the manf. website.
