Marsh, I've used this ZDWhere for about three years. 168K download. It's nothing fancy.
Back before TechTV when it was ZDnet.

Cyberscrub for wiping files within windows. KillDisk to wipe the HDD for reformat. Killdisk (free) will only make one pass at a time.
I second JV16 for cleaning the registry and removing traces of programs. Be careful with it you could really screw something up. But hey if that happens you could always do a reinstall. Wouldn't take long you have everything backed up.

Damn that sucks for Tyme, the accident anyway. Being waited on is nice but might get old quick if he is an independant type.
I was in an accident about 5 yrs back. I T-boned a kid who ran a stop sign. I put him accross the median in oncoming traffic. He was pinned in at the wrist, which was broken. My wife, my son, and myself were bruised pretty bad from the seat belts. My daughter not belted, she slept throught the whole thing.
There were other "forces" there. My name is Michael, the kid I hit...Michael, the officer handling the accident...Michael. A nurse going to work saw the accident from the oncoming lane. The family following me...the mom was a nurse.
Tyme take a shot a Baccardi to settle the nerves and talk to the Man above he'll settle your heart. Sometimes he has to do things like this to get our attention.
Get well before those who are taking care of you get PO'ed and put the Baccardi out of reach. LOL

A man goes to the Dr. all stressed out.
After examining the man the Dr. said when he was stressed he go home at noon to make love to his wife. He suggested the patient do this for two weeks before he prescribed any medication.
Two weeks later the man came back.
Dr. "Well how do you feel? did it work?"
man "I feel fine,it worked great!"
Dr."Very well keep it up."
man "OK...Oh by the way Doc, you have a very nice home."

On the bottom left under my user name I see what appears to be a "Warn" meter. If it used by the mods to warn users I like it. Don't need members flaming each other when they are called down by the powers that be.

I find paranoid protection is best. Some programs "get" things others don't. Some are updated more often also.
Regular maintance will keep most anything running pretty good.

Back up....Oh...I'm not supposed to delete those files to make more space on my HDD.
Shareware aside it is very useful. I have a copy I run from a floppy for work on other peoples machines. Have to watch what it save then, floppy fills quick with user profiles and back ups.
