    asp.net machine a...

    Do i delete it, or is it suppose 2 be there?

    I am only asking b/c i just noticed it and now my computer is acting weird. It may be due to other reasons, but I am not sure and dont have time to google it.

    The aspnet_wp or ASP.NET Machine Account is created when the Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 is installed onto a Windows XP computer. The user is created to run the asp.net worker process used in Microsoft's Internet Information Services, which allows ASP.net to run on your local web server (This is pretty much its only use, it is not used to run normal .net managed executables). There is not a need to worry about this user's presence; it was not created in malicious way.

    I have a buddy that will set the forums up for me ( they set up we're just fixing them offline) then we'll just move it over to the site. Im doing my blog with him ( thetruedarkone.t35.com) "offline" ( for us thats offline), and when its ready i'll get it ready to move to the host.

    Just doing little details so we are ready to rock right when its set up

    Do you know what bios you have?

    I use to think i was switching the boot to CD...then after a while. I realized i didnt do anything.

    Try going to boot from CD ( in bios) press enter. If nothign happens press the plus sign.. Maybe it moves up the list... Im not sure

    Can you get me your BIOS info?

    Ok, so when i make the programs partition...when i install stuff and download programs I have them execute and make folders in that partition?

    I believe so...Just making sure

    9 months without PC's or thinking about them...knocks you off track with this basic stuff...Im sure i could handle it...Just making sure i dont do a stupid mistake

    Ok, I have my 160 Maxtor HD

    If i partition it after slaving it to my 80 on my HP, how much should i partition for music.

    I would just want 2 partitions...

    1 for music

    1 for when i unslave it, and install windows ( when i get money to build my own PC)

    Just want estimates, and thoughts...

    Extra partitions you say? Ok tell me
