  3. No, This is my first wood working project that I have ever done.

When My dad got his new laser jigsaw I was impresed with it and started to play with it. Then while we were puting the pergo in there was left over pices of wood,I thought well there is somthing that I can play with, so I went out side and pick up a few pieces and started to test out my dads new jigsaw. While I was adjusting the laser on it I thought about making cutouts of shapes, so I just started to cut a circle althought it was not a perfict circle it turn out ok. Then when I went home I was looking at my ebay mouse pad and thought about cutting a ebay logo. Then I traced it out on a piece of paper and put it on my scanner and made a zoom scan of the trace out and cut out the trace of the ebay logo. Then the next day I used the ebay trace to trace it out on the piece of pergo. Then being very carefull and using the right amount of force to controlel the jigsaw I started to cut from the Y of the ebay trace to the E side. The first time It didnt turn out very good at all, then I showed my dad and he was impressed at the cutout but It still wasnt right. So I took another try at it grabing another piece of pergo and tracing it out, this time I used great cautution and started to cut. My dad was amazed at the work I have done. So I sanded and staned the sides. And here it is now. Then later I made a smaller version of it, I am thinking about making It into a key chain, but it still needs sanding and It is alittle jagged because the jigsaw blades can only be so small. And that is the story of how I made the ebay logo with pergo.

Now My Next Big Project Is to make a 5ft. long 3ft. wide one!!!

jk lol. That would be pretty cool!

  7. My boss told me that SATA is good for working with large files, such as video editing

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Your boss is correct, I have a SATA hard drive (Maxtor 250GB) Great proformance, better air flow in case, Faster installs.

Then again best for large servers and there is realy no large difference in speed.

Although if I was you I would get SATA if I was doing lots Media work.
