Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Tracking cookies are a normal part of internet life. I've heard of your problem happening a few times, but malware has not been involved.
I'd try a new network cable, and if that doesn't work, posting in the hardware of windows forum.

Welcome to BestTechie! I'm Ryan, and I'll be replying to y our log.
Did the problem exist right after you formated and reinstalled? If so, I don't think that it is malware that is causing your problem. How did the scans that you were able to run go? Did they find anything?

I wouldn't worry about that. The files were probably in use, or some other condition that prevented AVG from scanning the files.
