So here are the rules/guidelines for the wallpaper.The wallpaper should say:BestTechie.netWhere The Power Of Tech Takes OverResolution:I want two sizes:800x600 and1024x768As far as the graphics are concerned, that's really up to the person making the wallpaper, but it does have to be tech related. For example, you can have gadgets, computers, or other technology related graphics, etc... on it. Just make sure it's tech related.
