Matt
Meh, another reason not to use Norton. Anyhoo, all security software will have its flaws, people just go after the big names 'cause they're big. Good read.
Bubba Bob
No, we can't. Who ever told you we could? This is like a never ending cycle. Patch a hole, find a hole... Will it ever end?
JDoors
While I wouldn't dismiss the potential problem, reading between the lines I see; It's a "potential" flaw not confirmed by anyone else, and the company that reported the vulnerability just happens to sell software that would protect against the flaw.
