Help With Hjt Log Please[RESOLVED]

I've run AdAware, Spybot, Bazooka and Anti-Virus scan and removed everything it found, yet the computer is still running extremely slow. I looked in Task Manager and found a suspicious process called E_AICN03.EXE

I Googled it and believe it is spyware?
