I've noticed people have done some insane customization of the Windows XP looks Well I've finally gotten tired of blue & green and Silver & Green. I Might want venture into other customizations but I'm sure it is a simple program that'll take care of that mess but right now just the Taskbar and Start menu Colors. Thanks for any help.
