I think DRM is ludicrous, his example that crooks aren't going to be stopped by it is incontrovertible. That DRM has hurt consumers is undeniable. But to proclaim that the real intent is to protect private property from other companies & to milk 'em for royalties is pointless as they have every right to do that if they want to. And, in my opinion, the content producers are reaping the rewards of their moronic decisions: Sales are down, losses are rising, theft is rampant.
