K Is There Anyway I Can Check To See If My Drivers Arent Damaged Or Anything?

casue im trying to install sims 2, so when i pute 3rd cd in it told me something bout error and then it said ps2 or something like that and it wouldnt stop but im still in the process of installing it

if i take it to best buy or something would they be able to fix all the problem my pc has? even if i wdon t know what they r?

k when i tried opening the disk with my keyboard it didnt open but then i pressed button on desktop and it worked and then it said ps2.exe wrong volume? so it has something to do with my keyboard

also for my keyboard it never shows u button option when u go under it in control panel so i could never chnage the sites on each button

so im thinking the problem is my keyboard
