Change "open With"

I recently used "open with" to open a file and I selected word pad, by mistake, which was the wrong program. Now whenever I right click and select "open" it use's that same program.

Is there a way to reset "open with" in W98se and Wme so I can select another program instead of having it open with the wrong program?

right click the file, click properties. once the properties window is open, it should be telling you what program it opens it with. there should be a button that says "change" or something similar to that. Clink it and select the program you want to open with. then apply, OK and the icon may change. see if it opens with the program of choice...
