Potato2k4 Posted September 15, 2005 Report Share Posted September 15, 2005 ok well i got a mac osx and i recently had to erase my whole hardrive..and now i cant download anything. such as wmp. the download is complete and it shows up as a white piece of paper. such as with all my other download i attempt to make. macmarauder Posted September 15, 2005 Report Share Posted September 15, 2005 first of all is this only with downloads with only one browser. it should come with safari and explorer? if it does it with both then create another account and try that one. that'll let you know if it's a just a local account problem or a system wide problem. if it's a system wide problem and since you just reinstalled os x then you might go ahead and reinstall again. i rarely suggest that but since you just did it anyways. btw which version os x do you have and have you already tried updating the os? is this the first time you've used os x on this computer, what computer do you have?
