mikex Posted September 4, 2005 Report Share Posted September 4, 2005 The Louisiana High School Athletic Association rewrote their bylaws to allow displaced athletes to participate in sports in the school where they register. They have one choice, can't keep jumping schools.I think Texas has done the same or something similar.This is not much but when your in school you want everthing to be "normal".
